All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MoneyCents does not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by Irish consumer law.
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already accessed premium content, in which case you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law to bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence.
